Project Description
Gaia are underfloor heating specialists that provide the design, supply, and installation of underfloor heating systems in commercial and residential properties across the UK and Ireland. With over 30 years in business, Gaia has established itself as a multi award-winning company, but it lacked attention-grabbing marketing material to complement its best-in-class service.
Indigo Ross were brought on board as a local, experienced, and reliable partner to collaborate with Gaia’s new Marketing Manager and help transform the company’s branded materials through a complete overhaul of their printed marketing collateral.

The Results
We collaborated with Gaia’s Marketing Manager to audit and evaluate the company’s marketing materials, where it was concluded that the collateral was both dated and disjointed.
We conducted a detailed SWOT analysis of Gaia’s business positioning. By identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the business, we refined the existing brand architecture to accentuate Gaia’s strong points and enhance its reputation as an award-winning company.
Our designers modernised the graphics, fonts, and colour palette before constructing a slick and professional design hierarchy that could easily be implemented across a wide range of printed materials. From this overarching design framework, we designed and printed a range of bespoke marketing assets including display boards for retail, packaging wraps, labels, instruction guides, advert designs, brochures, and business cards.
In considering all Gaia’s printed materials holistically, we helped them maintain a strong, cohesive, consistent brand throughout.
By streamlining Gaia’s brand positioning across their printed materials and modernising the design hierarchy, we have created a more compelling portfolio of marketing assets for them to build relationships with clients, prospects and ultimately generate increased sales.
We continue to work with Gaia to execute design and print projects of varying size each month as their trusted and go-to solutions provider.
